Processing

The processing time begins from the date you placed your order. It usually takes 0-1 business days to process your order. Once we’ve processed it, we can then ship it.

SHIPPING Time

We are currently shipping in the United Kingdom.

To pack every single order, we use strong Media Download with Grant access to files, Media Package with Delivery signed protection to guarantee safety through shipping/delivery process.

If you received a tracking number via e-mail, it means that your order has been processed and shipped to the distribution facility. As soon as your information changes from “Processing” to “Completed”, it only takes about 24 hours the message will arrive in your e-mail inbox for Free Shipping and 1-2 business days for Electronic Delivery.

ELECTRONIC DELIVERY
If you purchase your product(s) and it states they have an electronic delivery method or download, you will receive the required product/license key in an email.

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 1 day of placing your order at info@cdkeydepot.com
