We offer a 30 day product guarantee. Within 30 days of delivery, we will refund the full amount, minus the cost of shipping, on new, unopened items. Before returning any product, please contact us by email at info@softwaredeals.co.uk or phone.

For electronic delivery, Softwaredeals will process the product/license key through manufacturer verification to make sure the product has not yet been activated or tampered with.

You might ask for for a refund if:

✗ You HAVE received the activation/license key from the web portal or email and activated the product
